Our client, one of the largest independent ground engineering specialist, is looking for:
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (based in Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Report to the Chief Representative
2. Market company products to the construction industry
3. Search the market for potential jobs
4. Collect relevant information regarding projects, sites and engineering information and
forward to the design engineer
5. Prepare costing and offer letter for submission
6. Prepare yearly budget and sales target
Skills:
1. Recognised degree in the Civil Engineering
2. 5 to 10 years of similar experience in the construction sector
3. Good industry networks with local consultants, main contractors and suppliers
4. Good interpersonal skill and willing to travel to all parts of Indonesia
5. Good spoken and written Indonesia and English languages
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares (eg words,excel, powerpoint)
7. Posses driving license and International passport
8. Willing to travel to regional offices in particular Singapore (occasionally)
GEOTECHNICAL DESIGN ENGINEER (based in Jakarta)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Report to BDM
2. Prepare geotechnical design report
3. Attend technical meetings with BDM
4. Able to estimate quantities and prepare simple engineering drawings
5. Do site visits to review site conditions for potential and ongoing projects
Skills:
1. Recognised degree in Civil Engineering. Preferably with postgraduate training in the
field of Geotechnical Engineering.
2. 2 to 3 years of design experience in Geotechnical Engineering
3. Proficient in basic engineering softwares
4. Proficient in Microsoft Office softwares
5. Good written and spoken Indonesia and English languages
